Low back, lumbar support

Reform Low Back Support helps to reduce lower back pain and help alignment. The high density ActiveX™ allows it to mould into shape for increased support.

Can be used in any type of chair or seat with an elastic strap to secure in place.

Charcoal infused ActiveX™
Very high density slow forming ActiveX™ material is combined with new charcoal fusion to help control temperature and reduce pressure.

Unique Modelling
The unique shape contours to the back with extended upper back arms and two way curve for lower back support.

Care & Cleaning

100% Recycled Polyester Outer Cover. Mesh Polyester Inner Cover. MVTR: NA.
To launder the cover in a washing machine, set the main wash to a minimum of 65°C for no less than 10 minutes. The cover can be tumble dried on low heat and the temperature must not exceed 60°C. The foam can be autoclaved at 134°C.
Foam core cannot be washed with liquid.

Pressure Care & Uses

The Icare Reform support range are ergonomically moulded to reduce pressure and redistribute weight to lower pressure areas. They are designed to support and align the body to alleviate pain and pressure.
For high risk clients; it is recommended to assess a client on a pressure reducing surface is to monitor pressure points with visual checks over a period of 5 days.
